XPD used in APDM for city park design and construction

The City of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota passed a $28M bond referendum to reinvest in their parks system. Simplar assisted the City with the selection of their 1) Lead Design Consultant and 2) Construction services for Park Buildings and Kitchen Additions.

The selected design consultant displayed expertise in the required services, with unique experience with public engagement (this was important for the City).

The selected contractor proposal initially saved the City $358,000 and was within the budget.

The consult team effectively used Simplar's weekly project reporting tool to regularly provide updates to the Client.
