Utility optimizes use of CMAR for a new yard

APS was seeking to improve its implementation of alternative delivery for large capital projects in both procurement and delivery.

Simplar team provided detailed training to project management, engineering, and procurement organizations on alternative delivery best practices, tools, and approaches. Simplar also assisted on the implementation of XPD on multiple capital projects, including the selection of design and CMAR teams.

9 proposal recieved from design teams and on the average they were 55% under buget.
