Simplar has conducted blind RFP processes for the City’s major projects, including IT Software, Environmental Remediation, Capital Projects, and Master Planning.

Historically, the City had used DBB and Sealed Bids for most capital projects.

Simplar assisted in writing new policies & procedures to allow for Alternative Delivery. This was the City’s first change in capital project delivery since 1984.

Simplar procured & supported a Capital Project Management Software vendor with an on-time and on-budget implementation

Simplar procured both design & construction phases for the City's new $20M Police HQ and $45M WWTP Upgrade
